After Battery Park we took a subway to the Village to have dinner. We decided on a quaint little Italian restaurant La Dolce Vita. The food was great but the company was Excellent. We hoped to be able to wander around Greenwich Village after dinner but alas it wasn't to be. During dinner somewhere between the main course and another round of drinks it started to rain. It was getting late anyway So back to Grand Central and the train to Tarrytown for us. By the way it's legal to drink on the train in New York.
